Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user and agrees to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provisions.

IP Addresses

VALUX MEDICAL S.L., hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, is responsible for processing users’ personal data and hereby informs them that such data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. The following information regarding the processing of personal data is therefore provided:

Purpose of processing: To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing activities envisaged are as follows:

  • Sending advertising and commercial communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other current or future electronic or physical means that enables commercial communications to be sent. These communications shall be sent by the CONTROLLER and shall relate to its products and services or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In such cases, third parties shall never have access to personal data.
  • Conducting statistical studies.
  • Processing orders, enquiries or any other type of request submitted by users through any of the contact methods made available to them.

Legal basis for processing: The consent of the data subject.
